在線油液監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)集理化、污染度等多參數(shù)傳感器監(jiān)測于一體，通過內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)集成，采用旁路取 油引入檢測系統(tǒng)循環(huán)的方式，傳感器秒級的數(shù)據(jù)采集，可以實(shí)時(shí)采集設(shè)備潤滑油、齒輪油的性能 狀態(tài)，監(jiān)測油液的水分含量、粘度衰變、磨損超標(biāo)等，加通過內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)集成、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)定、油品性 能分析、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，實(shí)現(xiàn)對工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的智能化診斷，協(xié)助企業(yè)科學(xué)化管理油液，做到有計(jì)劃 停機(jī)，有計(jì)劃換油，減少設(shè)備意外停機(jī)到來的額外損失。
